White Onions, Roughly Chopped
Celery Stalk and Leaves, Roughly Chopped
Dori Fish Fillet, Cut into Strips
Scallops
Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
Water
Shredded Buko
Fresh Buko Juice
Evaporated Milk
Salt
Pepper
Procedures
1. In a stockpot over medium heat, sauté onions and celery.
2. Stir in Doña Maria® Miponica® Brown Rice and water. Boil until the rice is thoroughly cooked.
3. Stir in dori fish fillet, scallops and shrimp. Simmer for 5 minutes then add buko meat, buko juice and evaporated milk. Season to taste.
4. Bring to boil for 5 mins. Serve hot.
