1. Fry chicken and shrimp, add chopped shallot, garlic and chopped chili 2. Add sliced leek and all of vegetables, seasoning with salt and pepper 3. Add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce and salted soy sauce and add rice 4. Cook for 10 minutes or until rice is hot 5. Serve hot and garnish with chicken satay and fried shallot 6. Pickle cucumber, chili sambal and shrimp crackers |
