Sliced Cabbage
Cai-sum or Bokchoy or Native Petchai
Sliced Onion Leek
Shrimp
Chicken Meat, Julienne
Oyster Sauce
Sweet Soy Sauce
Salted Soy Sauce
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Shallot
Chopped Red Chili
Salt and Pepper

Procedures
1. Fry chicken and shrimp, add chopped shallot, garlic and chopped chili
2. Add sliced leek and all of vegetables, seasoning with salt and pepper
3. Add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce and salted soy sauce and add rice
4. Cook for 10 minutes or until rice is hot
5. Serve hot and garnish with chicken satay and fried shallot
6. Pickle cucumber, chili sambal and shrimp crackers
